*Cannot print with an MK series extruder
This high strength material is one of the most durable filaments we have ever used. It is ideal when you need a filament to be able to withstand high temperatures, with incredible strength and durability such as molding, robotics and machining components needing high tensile strength. Also, because of this alloys chemical composition, it absorbs much less moisture than other materials containing nylon.
STORAGE: Every order comes with one large resealable bag with slider + an extra desiccant included. It is important to store your filaments in a dry area to avoid moisture absorption when not in use. The bag and desiccant ensure your filaments stay dry and free of dust & dirt to make sure your next project prints without a hitch.
"Alloy 910 is a measurable advancement in 3D Printing materials technology from taulman3D. taulman Alloy 910 is the combined effort of chemical companies, extrusion manufactures and taulman3D to specifically develop a single material to meet as many high performance 3D Printing needs as possible. With a combined tensile strength higher than the strongest co-polyesters, the durability of Nylons, a shrinkage factor that rivals our t-glase, a vast range of chemical resistance and a 95C working range, you now have one solution easily printable at 245C.
NOTE: Alloy 910 is the only Nylon based polymer that makes support removal easier than most using ABS"

Recommended Printing Settings
Print temp = 245C - 250C
Nozzle = any size
Print speed = equivalent to ABS
Retraction = 1mm/.1mm nozzle or for a .5mm nozzle = 5mm
Print bed = Hot = Glass heated to 45C with coat of PVA
Cold = BuildTak with coat of PVA
Print Surface: PEI film recommended with a glue stick (such as Elmer's® brand) applied to the print surface prior to powering on your LulzBot 3D printer. Maintain the print surface by powering off your LulzBot and cleaning the glue stick residue with a soft cloth and water.

A little harder to print with but the strength is worth it
It can be used for a lot of applications for building industrial parts and robotic components
