This high strength material is one of the most durable filaments we have ever used. It is ideal when you need a filament to be able to withstand high temperatures, with incredible strength and durability such as molding, robotics and machining components needing high tensile strength. Also, because of this alloys chemical composition, it absorbs much less moisture than other materials containing nylon.

"Alloy 910 is a measurable advancement in 3D printing materials technology from Taulman3D.  Taulman Alloy 910 is the combined effort of chemical companies, extrusion manufactures and Taulman3D to specifically develop a single material to meet as many high performance 3D Printing needs as possible.  With a combined tensile strength higher than the strongest co-polyesters, the durability of Nylons, a shrinkage factor that rivals our t-glase, a vast range of chemical resistance and a 95C working range, you now have one solution easily printable at 245C.

NOTE:  Alloy 910 is the only Nylon based polymer that makes support removal easier than most using ABS"

STORAGE: Every order comes with one large resealable bag with slider + an extra desiccant included. It is important to store your filaments in a dry area to avoid moisture absorption when not in use. The bag and desiccant ensure your filaments stay dry and free of dust & dirt to make sure your next project prints without a hitch.

Great for combat robots

I made one-piece chassis for 150g (fairyweight) and 1lbs (antweight) combat robots from Taulman 910 this year. It took a few failed prints to get it dialed in, and warping is still an issue at high infills, but I got 2nd and 3rd (respectively) in those weight classes. The 910 isn't indestructible, but it's worlds stronger than the PETG I'm used to using. If you're looking for the next step up in strength and are patient with slow prints and finicky filaments, this is a good place to look.
