I’ve been so busy getting my 3D printer work area set up (lots to do) that I haven’t been able to do my first print yet. I’m almost done and then I will have to order some filament cause once I start I have a lot to do. Will keep you posted
Best choice of printers to do the work we are great at!
This printer will print small or large projects, and the service at PrintYourMind3D would be hard to beat! We have purchased 4 printers from Colin and all are in use every day!
I liked my first TAZ 6 so much that I decided to get another one!
Both were purchased from Colin at printyourmind3d.ca due to his professionalism and excellent customer service. If I need a third one I know where I will be going...
Lulzbot designs great printers!
Two years ago, I used someone else's Lulzbot Taz5 and was very impressed with it. I had planned to buy one this year. I discovered that there was a new model available, the Taz6, so I bought that one instead. When the Taz6 arrived, it was very easy to set up, thanks to the design and the well-written documentation. I had a problem with auto-leveling at first, but a quick check online provided the fix for that issue and I was able to start printing. Changing the filament on the machine is so easy! Even if you are switching between filament types, such as nGen and PLA. I just followed the instructions in the operations manual and had no problems. I've completed only a few prints so far, but two of them were over 2 hours long each, and everything printed perfectly. I do wish that it used 1.75mm filament because that is easier for me to buy locally, but other than that, I'm very happy with the Lulzbot Taz6.
So Far So Good
We purchased the machine to replace larger more expensive machines and so far so good. We will really see the capabilities and its success in the next few months. All in all a great purchase.
