General Shipping

• Orders ship Monday-Friday
• Orders mostly ship from Calgary AB or Brossard QC, depending on product availability and proximity. Lulzbot products ship from Fargo, ND USA.
• Free domestic shipping is available for any orders over $250 ($99.99 for BC, AB, MB, ON, QC and SK)
• Discounted in-province shipping rate $10
• Discounted out-of-province shipping rate $15 available for BC, AB, MB, ON, QC and SK
• Live rates are available from our various carriers once you reach the shipping section in your checkout
• Live rate calculations can behave unexpectedly when items in the cart are to be shipped from multiple locations. If you are expecting free shipping but such option does not appear for you, please either contact us for support (support@printyourmind3d.ca, recommended, please let us know the content of the shopping cart), or try identifying the offending item by checking the rates while slightly adjusting the shopping cart (for example, try checking out with Lulzbot items only, and everything else in another order)
• We collect sales tax and cover brokerage for Lulzbot products. If the carrier contacts you for brokerage please do not pay yourself and refer them to us (support@printyourmind3d.ca, 1-888-691-0096) instead 

Tracking

• Tracking information will be sent within 1-3 business days once the order has been shipped. 
• Some orders may ship items separately. In this case, individual tracking will be provided for each shipment.

When will I get my order?

• Generally, all in-stock items sold can be expected to ship within 1-3 days of order placement in Canada. Expect up to an additional 7 days for shipment to arrive in maritime provinces.

Which carrier do you use?

• Orders are most commonly shipped with UPS Standard
• In addition, we utilize most of the major carriers, including Fedex, Purolator and Canada Post

Where does my order ship from?

• We utilize shipping distribution centers in both Calgary and Brossard to meet the needs of our customers across Canada as time efficient as possible.
